...hello from AZ! Picked up a 18 ORP in nautical blue a couple wks ago. Luvin this vehicle so far, except for the nose dive stance. Started to research what my options are and came across this wonderful forum. Even after days of searching, I'm still uncertain of which direction to go. I know that I want to level out the front and would rather not replace any shocks, spring, UCAs, etc., especially with only 400 mi on the stock suspension. I want to take my time modding this time around. With that said, which front leveling would help me achieve the stance i'm after for this mall crawler? Looking fwd to spending more time here, let the good times roll...

 

Welcome from NC. As far as fixing the nose dive, a spcer lift won’t help that but as you mentioned it will level it.

I have an ‘18 TRDORP as well and changed out my stock suspension for the Bilstein TRD Pro suspension at 1500 miles and couldn’t be happier. It rides closer to level (I wanted a slight rack still) and performs so much better both on a off road.

I was hesitant about changing suspension at 1500 but it was very simple and well worth it. Even on a soccer lift you’d have to remove the coil overs to put on the plate. Something like the Bilstein 5100 would be a direct swap,no new upper or lower control arms needed. Have a shop assemble the coil over on whatever height setting you want so you don’t even have to deal with spring compressors. The improvement in ride quality alone would be worth it.

If your heart is set on a spacer, really any brand will get the job done, it’s a 1/2” to 3/4” slab of metal.
