    Hey hey all...

Started to install rock sliders from Cali Raised on my 2010 SR5 4WD, discovered that I needed to remove the rocker panels. I wasn't too torn up about this, not a fan of the chrome. Now I have an new cosmetic issue. I did a little online searching and could not locate anything online as a mod to clean this up. The majority vote was trimming the existing rocker panels down which I am fine with.

Those that have done this before, how much do you trim?
Is there anything I might need to purchase to help give this a cleaner look?
Is there something aftermarket out there that I can buy?
I was seeing some snippets around about the 14 TE mod to fix this, does anyone have pics of the finished product and parts list?

A company made covers but they went under.

I saw that, Schrockworks, I am kinda surprised no one else has capititalized on this given that.

Toyota sells replacement rocker panels for the 2010 TE, those are what you need unless you want to trim your existing rocker panels. Several members have done one or the other. Stay tuned, they will chime in when they see your thread. You may want to edit the thread title, though, to something like "2010 SR5 rocker panels - trim or replace for sliders?" Just a thought...
