ZIRCONPRO - Any Toyota Steering wheel swaps

Anybody do something like what is being advertised by redditor u/ZIRCONPRO, i.e. putting a LX or other Toyota steering wheels (heated, more modern, etc) in place of the current 5th gen one? He also has an instagram prado120_multirul? Cost? Hassle free?

I would consider buying one, but only because of the volume controls (up actually means volume up, down actually means down, etc.. on the new steering wheel!)

 

Looking at his Instagram it looks like he is in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Niiiiiiiiice!. Not.

I don't think I want to gamble on my money disappearing into his sister's wizard's sleeve or more likely with my luck, setting off the airbag.
