Yes. I'm just about to that point now. Especially, when I first brought this to Switch-Pros attention, they told me they have never heard of this issue. Yet, here we are. When the thing works, it's great. Will work for a month or two then will have issues. Just yesterday I went to get coffee. Turned off my truck and the ditch lights flashed. Got back in truck and panel was dead. Had to pull 16 pin harness to reset it. And like everyone, they tell me it's a grounding issue. It was installed in a new truck with no other wiring modifications done to it. Followed their directions to a T. It's pretty hard to F up the install. Anyone with basic mechanical skills can install this. They even asked me to put a meter on it to check the ground. Sent them the meter readings and never heard back. And like I said, they want me to rip it all out again and send it to them so they can bench test it. I asked if I could possibly just have a lemon. Never replied. I've since installed two of these in buddies trucks and they have zero issues.

I can get down to 5 buttons/switches but only have 4 slots left in the cabin. I might be hosed, same boat or you better off?

I'm still trying to figure it out. I had them make a custom length communication cable for me when I first installed it. I didn't want 4' of coiled up wires stuffed into my dash. So I'm going to try the original one and see if that solves it. Then go from there.

Hey, any update on this issue? I have a switch pros installed on my F350 with an Any Level Lift and it’s been randomly activating the kit raising or lowering the truck 13” without warning. It’s happened while working on the truck or sitting in my garage. Recently it ran the hydraulic pump until it failed. It’s a major liability issue at this point. I had it grounded to a buss bar connected directly to the frame with 0.5 ohm resistance and then went directly to the battery with 1.0 ohm resistance and it still happens. Super hard to diagnose and dangerous/expensive. Any help would be great. SP just keeps saying control cable or ground….

I had the "orange flashing light of death" on my Switch-No. They told me it was out of warranty so I was SOL. Plus it's a sealed unit so you really can't tear into and replace shit. So I ripped that turd out and replaced it with a Spod that has a 5 year warranty and is serviceable. Been great so far.

Yeah, I literally have a brand new SPOD BantamX HD in the box sitting in my garage but I'm so hesitant because the SwitchPro is a full custom install that took dozens of house to setup and wire and ripping it out and replacing it is going to be so much freaking work.... I just want to understand what is happening in this thing!
