I just ordered a set of TRD Pro (not Offroad) wheels in gloss gunmetal gray. I’ve seen some with red “TRD” center/wheel caps and some with gray. The cap pictured for the wheels I bought is gray. But we know how that goes - it's an image for their website... of a detail most people won't care about.

Assuming the wheels show up with the red caps, I’m going to hunt down the gray. Anyone know of a source for these? I've found lots (!) of black on black and red on black, but not black or gray on gray. I'd be fine with the sombrero logo too... just not red.

    Thanks!

EDIT: I may be fine... The more I dig/read, the more I think the gloss gunmetal wheels get the gray logo and the matte gunmetal wheels get the red.

New question: How do I delete a thread? ;-)

FYI: I believe those wheels pictured are TRD Pro wheels.

What tire size are you going with?

I have a limited too and I heard the the limited will rub on full lock with the 265.

For the first time in my life... I put the stock size tires on a 4wd. I went with 265/70/17 BFG KO2s.

I've heard/read that too - that the 265s can rub at full lock in reverse. I haven't experienced it yet, but they've been in place for a few hours. I'll report back.

After a week with the wheels and tires, I heard the "rub." The rub is more of a graze. I thought I heard it pulling out of a parking spot. But couldn't replicate it there; tried again when I got home - stereo off... and heard it. It's really slight. I might heat up that area and push it in a tiny bit... or just ignore it.

This is the front edge of the driver side tire, turned hard passenger
