Sliding Cargo Tray Accessory Removal

2020 4Runner TRD Pro Army Green

I have the sliding cargo tray in my 2020 4Runner TRD Pro that has this "flip up" thing that I want to remove. I've searched the forums and the Googles but can't figure out what that thing is called and/or how to remove it. It creates a hump that is a pain to load and unload stuff. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
