    Man that's one banged up Victory 4x4 STEEL Blitz bumper and it looks like the passenger side is somewhat folded up. If the frame is in good condition then hopefully it'll only be a handful of 'rail' brackets, new fender, etc. needing replacement. I'd be concerned with how much work the rest of the front end will need...there's a lot of thin crossmembers and support pieces that are definitely toast. Also, I can see the (front) KDSS actuator may still be intact, but I would def. check the rest of the hydraulics in the system.
