Use of evergreen cylinder head bolts (HB2030) without washers

    I am doing a valve job on my 4runner.

    Has anyone here ever used Evergreen cylinder head bolts for their valve job? HB2030 head bolt kit does not include any washers.
    Can these head bolts be used without the original washers?
