New 4runner, need lift help

Hello guys,

New to this forum, but I just picked up my first 4runner for my wife. 2018 SR5 Premium. I'm struggling to find out what all I need to put a small lift on it. I wanted to achieve a 2/1 lift, and I already ordered the Bilstein 24-196499's for the front and 33-187174's for the rear. I found the instructions for the fronts and I plan to set those at 1.75". Doesn't look like I need anything other than the shocks for the front.
The rear is what is driving me nuts, and likely because I don't know enough about shocks. The rear shocks say for 0-2" height. So it looks like I just need to buy a 1" spacer then install the shocks? No adjustment ring or anything to adjust on the shock itself? Any spacers that anyone can recommend?
FYI I'm putting 275/70/17's KO2's on it.

1 inch spacer for the rear to level out... nothing to adjust for the rear shocks... most common used brands for spacers for this set up are cornfed or daystar.

a better set up if you want to spend about $350 more, would be buying springs for the front and rear to lift instead of spacers and setting the bilstein fronts at 0.

 

Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t really want to spend another $350 and I’ve read good reviews with just the Bilsteins. I ordered the 1” cornfed spacers. So I’ll try that first. Thanks again.
