No better or worse than any other used 4Runner. Who's to say a previous non-rental owner bothered to change the oil if he/she was getting rid of the vehicle after 19k?

I'm also going to chime back in here to say, it probably doesn't matter for most people, based on how long people tend to keep cars.

What proportion of users on here even have 100,000 miles on their car?

every car I have sold off has had over 100K. 10yr / 100K is my target for every vehicle.

Oh, I know we're on here, my last two cars had 228k and 145k. I'm just going off the number of people asking about trading their 3-4 year truck.

Last month I found a Certified used 2019 SR5 for my daughter. 50,000 miles with a CarFax. Nothing has Needed attention except the brake rotors were noisey which dealer repaired.
I plan to do a trans fluid change with careful inspection of what comes out. I have an independent mechanic that will let me in shop area. I plan to extract a small amount of rear axle gear oil and inspect it. If not fresh we will drain and refill both F & R diffs, and TC.
Inspecting drive shaft grease pushed out by new grease will say alot about prior lubes.

My 2004 Honda Pilot was sold a few months ago at 231,000 miles. Current 2017 SR5 and Honda 2008 Accord are just getting broken at about 60,000 miles each.
