I recently noticed that there seems to be a bit of rubbing between one of my headlight housings and my fender. No rust, but there is some marking. Anyone else ever seen this? Doing a bit of reading, it doesn’t seem like there is any way to adjust how the light is secured to the fender.

And, it there is rubbing, there is something not attached correctly. Would also help to know what year and model.

You can remove the headlight and file down the sharp edges on the plastic if it really bothers you.

I have paint bubbling at the passenger front fender flare attachment, on the tailgate around the handle garnish, window trim, and license plate... just one of those 5th gen design flaws.

Thanks folks. Removing the headlight and doing a bit of filing is a great idea. Next weekend.
