1999 4runner limited 4x4 purchase Question

Hi folks

Brand new to the site. looking for some advice..

Question: and its one of downside:
looking at a 99 limited 4x4 with 250K on it. well maintained. extensive record keeping. New tires.
seats are pretty worn but everything else looks and runs great.

I can get it for $1100.00

i dont see a downside to the purchase

any enlightenment, suggestions comments are welcome

What does the underside look like, any rust?

 

Very little!

 

Bought my daughter's 1999 Tacoma with 223K miles for $4k. I have been offered $5K for it twice.

No rust and clean with maintenance history I would be on it quick.
