Need Side steps/running boards

    My wife needs some steps for the 4Runner. We are both picky so I am having trouble finding something we both like. She vetoed the Nfabs and neither of us want any kind of plastic steps. I like the Go rhino RB10s but I don't think they make them for the 4Runner. I would like to get sliders but $800-$1000 is way too much to spend on something that will only ever get used as a step. I am trying to keep the budget around $350-$400. Any suggestions or pictures?

    I like the Toyota Predator steps. Useful as a step in and out. I like the look but they may be too similar to the NFab for you. I’ll attach a pic of mine but there are lots of pictures out there. Good luck.

    I like those too! But the wife doesn't like the two steps. She wants more of a running board. Here is an example of what I am going for.

    If anyone can find me running boards that look like the Go Rhino RB10s or RB20s I will be forever grateful. These would be perfect, but are not made for the 4Runner.

    Ended up with the some Aries steps. I don't like they very much but they work for my wife and now we are building a house so the vehicle mod budget is pretty much nonexistent.

    I bought some iBoards and then returned them because they were flimsy pieces of crap. I ended up trying the Westin PRO TRAXX 5 Oval Nerf Steps and loved them from the start. The 4Runner version only uses 2 of the three mounting points, but it's solid metal. As far as steps go they are as about as good as they get in my opinion. I actually smashed my face on them as I was coming out from under the rig and it hurt like hell.

    I got mine through Walmart's website and paid just over $300 with free shipping. I would imagine some Black Friday deals will be popping up.

    Says 2014-2017 for some reason...but they fit my 2018 and should have no issues on 2019 or 2020 unless they changed something for some dumb reason.

    Here's what they look like on my rig...best part is no aligning which makes installation a breeze. They are labeled which side they go on and packed in separate colored bags so you know which side is which without having to look for marks on them.
