    who has done it, swap 3rd row and all associated parts to regular 2 row? i'd like to get the sliding cargo deck also, but those parts seem to be hard to find in yards.

    I’ve read of it being done but it’s a big pain involving changing out the second row as well if you don’t want to have to climb over the second row since they fold and slide differently - among other things. Edit: Oops, the above was swapping from three to two rows.

    I’ve definitely seen someone swap it before but it’s very involved.

    yeah, i'd swap all parts so the floor is flat.

    they did both, 2 to 3 and 3 to 2. i weld and fabricate and do bodywork so all this is nothing for me, i just need all the parts. there aren't that many wrecked trucks here in florida.
