2001 4Runner Electrical Issues

So a couple months ago I experienced an issue when driving my 4runner on the road and my automatic door locks would click on and off randomly. It even does it when turned off. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I also noticed that there is a lot of condensation in my sunroof that is pooling up. Is there a possibility that water is leaking into the electrical?

I have checked the fuses and the battery and all connections are good.

First thing, welcome, and i would start by cleaning out the drain holes for the moon roof. I did not see how you tested the battery, but i would borrow or whatever a battery to see if that is the cause. I say battery is bad, jmho.
