A short bumper could help with the departure angle. :notsure:

I like it, low profile, but might be a pain if you need to use it as a stepping point. I guess it’s an excuse to go buy a ladder haha

Such a good color. Not as flat as Calvary blue, but not as bright as voodoo blue.

I don’t know, but if I remember correctly, they had little puzzles in the Tacoma and LC teaser pictures…I wonder if it’s a clue?

I'm glad it doesn't have the bulging codpiece covering the tow hitch like the Land Cruiser.

    Donut spare is visible:

I don't see that pic anywhere on Toyota's Facebook page. Am I on the wrong page? Why not provide a direct link to said page so people don't have to go looking.

But Toyota is ramping up the 4runner chat.

On Toyota USA Facebook this morning.

I bet you $100 that 6th gen garnish will continue to rub on the body and create rust.

    That Landcruiser blue looks great.

The soccer-mom chrome badging, not so much. But I'm going to remove the badging when I get one, so no biggie.

I am usually not that big on removing badges but that billboard on the back would be gone as soon as I got home.

Giant all caps letters and full length tail lights seem to be the trend so I guess its expected. I do dig the color though :)

My guess is it will be a smaller variant of the Sequoia with the styling from the previous gen that made 4runner's so recognizable.

We already had plenty of threads just for speculation, do you expect people who are really into X car not to talk about every new details about X car?

People seem pretty bent over starting a new thread.
    • As if they pay for the webhosting costs of the site
    • As if the 6th gen forum is cluttered with new posts
    • As if it has an effect on their daily life
    Lol

I mean honestly it’s a good question whether that’s a donut spare there. I’ve seen a thread about how much spare tire can fit under the Ford Maverick and how it fits. (deflated a little, does it run into this claw-like metal bit underneath? etc)

I had to ask if a full-size spare fit under my Sorento with an aftermarket tow hitch (no), but with a differently shaped one, I believe some have gotten one to fit.

Of course that won’t really be relevant until we can completely see the damn thing.

Even if this discussion board didn’t exist the dealers will always try to get away with as much as they can since they can always trim the price later. The forum says it has 34-something thousand members and that’s maybe a third of how many units moved last year only.
