Retrofit new gen radio

I'm curioues if you can fit the new gen toyota info system, the one with wireless apple car and android auto to a 4Runner, both are 8 inch radio so it will fit? or is more in depth with re wiring and more stuff to do?

 

I'm sure it's possible. Why not just go here https://www.crutchfield.com/S-hdWg7WigTo4/m_266150/Car-Stereos.html and order what you need with the correct harnesses? Don't be the A-hole that cuts into the factory wiring harness.

It's easy to do. Will run you around 1000 USD with a unit and custom harness .

 

It's good that you emphasized getting the correct harness in that thread. Too many people hack into the factory harness. That is totally unacceptable.
