    1999 4Runner 272,000 miles. Not a 4 wheel drive. Heard a "roar" from the front end today going down the road to and from work.

    Could be tires need to be balanced and rotated. Needs a front end alignment. Not sure if I should be concerned or not. Thanks for any assistance.

    Sometimes that indicates a bad wheel bearing. How many miles on those?

    Plus two on the wheel bearing being a possible culprit if it recently started.
