Vocals faint in aftermarket audio setup

    Probably a question for audiophiles here. I have a Kenwood DMX1057XR, Kenwood 5 channel amp, and the Trail Grid Pro Kicker speaker package. The music sounds awesome, but strangely a lot of the vocal tracks sound faint or distant. (Like the singer is in another room singing, lol.) I’m not sure what settings to adjust to correct this.

    I hope this makes sense and someone can give some advice on what settings to tweak.

    *Note, I have the parametric eq settings turned off.
