    Dealer offered “5” oil-change services, basic inspection, fluid check and tire for $385.

    I hear you about it being a loss leader but still seemed like a good deal - my other experiences with this dealer have been better than my most recent experience but each to their own.

I'm sorry but seeing something like that I would think twice about going back if that's how they keep track of their tools! Of course this comes from one who's only lost one 10mm....:rolleyes:
