CPO XREAS warranty

Thinking of trading my wife's 2016 Wrangler Unlimited for a 2020 4Runner Unlimited CPO. Is the XREAS system covered under the initial 12 month / 12,000 limited comprehensive CPO warranty? Read the CPO brochure and its somewhat vague to me if it is covered. Thanks

Shocks aren't in the exclusion list in page 7, so they are covered by the comprehensive warranty.

 

If you were able to find yourself a used one still within the 3 year / 36k basic warranty, you could purchase a discounted Toyota VSA through a few of the dealers often found on Toyota forums. You could “certify” it yourself for much longer.
