Like new. Works perfectly. Makes the 5th gen so much more responsive. Sells new for almost $300. Located in Rhode Island. Can meet locally. $100. Will sell for $115 shipped.

That's a hell of a deal. If you're disappointed in the throttle response of your 4R, this is the ticket. I've had mine for 3 years. No issues, no regrets. The input from your foot matches the output of the motor. No more mashing the gas pedal to giddy-up. Recommend 100%.

How's the gas/mpg? More throttle response more gas consumption.

I actually found just the opposite. You don't have to dig into the throttle as much. You get up to speed quicker and can ease off the throttle. My last 500 mile round trip up to the White Mountains, I averaged 21.9mpg in race 5 mode. And that's in a TRD PRO.

Gas mileage didn't change much. The SB let's you set the throttle response to your liking. I have mine on Sport2. I set it to Race9 once, just to see what that was like. Touching the gas was the same as flooring it. Felt like I was beating the hell out of it. That lasted all of 2 miles and back to Sport mode. There's also a setting for valets. Won't go more than 10 mph in valet mode. It's sort of a slow-theft device, too. If it's stolen and only goes 10 mph, they won't get far.

Pro tip: Take out the 2 gas pedal bolts, and move the pedal out of your way. This will make uplugging the throttle harness much, much easier. I didn't know this when I installed mine, and it was a PITA getting that connector apart. Couldn't get enough leverage to undo it. There was a lot of jiggle-and-wiggle.

And watch out for that super hot metal line that runs verticle. You'll know which one right away.
