Bluetooth not working?

Not sure why, but the Bluetooth in my 2018 4 runner limited is no longer working. I can’t even click on Bluetooth settings anymore to try and connect a phone. I included a picture of it. Any ideas?

 

What happens when you try to expand the Bluetooth settings?

 

Nothing. Bluetooth settings is the only one not highlighted and won’t allow me to open the settings. Sometimes when I start the vehicle it will ask if I want to pair the device but that doesn’t work either. I have Apple CarPlay but that only works with a chord up front, so if someone in the back wants to connect to just the Bluetooth it will not work. It’s worked in The past but won’t work now for some reason.
