    Hello,

So my brand new 2024 TRD Pro was rear-ended on the freeway yesterday in Los Angeles. I was hit by late model Dodge Charger. Driver is uninsured... of course.

I'm looking for the best recommendations for an auto body shop to work with my insurer, USAA. I'm in Long Beach but am open to shops in LA or Orange County.IMG_8074 (2).jpg 20240224_150237_0014D.jpg

    Oooh look, another mod.....
Sorry to hear this. On top of being un-insured, I'm sure his vehicle was being sought for repossession. Chargers seem to be high on list of "Vehicle repo'd the most".

USSA should provide you with a list of preferred body shops in your area. Generally, those recommendations are good. Hopefully your policy had uninsured/underinsured coverage included in your premium. There are too many of these asshats out there to not carry that coverage if offered. Sorry you had to go through this. Been through it. I leave a trailer hitch or tow hook in my receiver to make sure the other car receives maximum damage in a rear end collision. Of course I don't want anyone hurt, but too many people doing other things behind the wheel make this a common accident. It's happened 3 times to me. Every time the driver was messing with their phone or something else combined with shitty drivers in PHX.

That sucks. In Michigan it doesn't matter who's at fault as it's a "no fault" State, which also sucks.
