I went down the hill today to get meat for my dog food, and was going to go to Old Town Tequila but did not make it. I may venture back down tomorrow since I’m very low on tequila, on my list is……..

I recently picked up a couple bottles of the Widow Jane Anejo, but I haven’t been home to crack it yet.

I found myself on 4 different continents in the span of 10 days.

 

Damn, you definitely get around a bit, i just poured me a glass this evening and i must say, it is the best i have tasted on my lower scale budget. I definitely can taste the bourbon hint and very smooth with a nice glow.

Nice haul! I noticed Tequila Ocho at Total Wine recently, and was tempted to pick up a bottle. They just have the regular Plata, Reposado, and Añejo, though.

Another Manhattan tonight. This week has been exhausting.

 

Today I concluded that all of the Tequila I've been drinking lately has started to distract me from other interests. So, I decided that the responsible thing to do was to leave the Tequila alone for a minute, and pick up a nice bottle of Rum this evening. Delicious!

Dark and stormys on the beach from our trip to Curaçao last week.


We tried this stuff, but it’s actually 3 rums made in other countries that get blended, barrel aged, and bottled in Curaçao. We ended up with San Pablo 8 Year rum that we brought home.


And of course, our tradition of Friday bubbles had to continue, so we had champagne in the pool

Enjoying some red wine to celebrate me going into work tomorrow to put in my two week notice. Got an amazing job offer in eastern wa. Took all last week off to clean the house and get it ready for the market on Wednesday. Wish me luck. Been trying to move there for the last 7-8 years and its finally happening!
