    Hello,

This is my first post as I purchased a 2024 4Runner this year before they switch to the new model. I am curious about 2" lifts mostly. I live in Utah and want to use the vehicle for trails, going camping and eventually a small amount of overlanding in the southern part of the state. It will be used for 90% pavement.

Here is the link to Mudify on what I was looking at: https://mudify.com/products/king4r-5gen-lev

I would prefer a 2" lift and was reading on how many people seem happy with it. My biggest question would be about going with 0-2 or 2-3. At 2" would I need new UCA's? Also, would I need the extended brake lines?

If anyone has other recommendations of other brands I would love to hear them as well.

For the cost, I would suggest getting the extended travel coilovers and an UCA to go with it. It will allow for 2-2.5" of lift and the ability to fit larger tires when the time comes. No extended brake lines are necessary. If you wanted to do a complete package, we've got our stage kits you may want to take a look at. All the remote reservoir Fox and King shocks we sell come tuned for your vehicles weight and driving style. Free with purchase.

If you are not dead set on King, I would go with Fox 2.5 RR up front and Fox 2.0 RR rear. That would be a great combo for a daily driver and help a little with cost.

No I am not dead set on it - I will definitely check other options out.
