Pulled this fuse out and the Amazon guy shows up with a package. Got back and.. not entirely sure where I pulled it from. The fuse diagram is really confusing to me. So many things missing, and in some spots there is a 10a where the diagram shows 20a.

Sigh, anyone know where I pulled this from? Everything is OEM apart from this fuse some idiot removed (me)

I think s-horn is when the horn honks through the alarm system (security horn). To test it, roll your window down, lock the car with the key fob, then open the car from inside (do not press the unlock button, just pull on the door handle). Try it with and without the fuse in to confirm that’s what it is ?

H-LP-LH denotes headlamp LH (high beam). Check if your driver's side high-beam works.

(There's a separate H-LP LH-LO fuse for the low beam further down the row, if you were wondering.)

Thank you very much everyone, sorry for the dumb question. It started out as me pulling a random fuse to confirm if it was a mini or low profile mini.

No apologies needed. Although I didn't help, you took the best route by admitting what happened. Some would not. Your honesty helped everyone involved.

    I don’t think so.
I think the newer 4R (MY22+ with LED headlights) have only one fuse for both sides for the high beams because they are connected to the same wire if I recall?
OP didn’t say which year he has but he’s missing the 15A steering lock fuse which Toyota discontinued in 2022 on the 4R. So I’m assuming he has a MY22-24

look at your fuse box since you have a 2023. It should be similar

It's the S-Horn Fuse. Semprenissart's As Built picture shows the installed fuse. The OPs fuse panel is wired and fused for the options included in his 4R. Naturally the panel diagram shows the location of ALL fuses for ALL options. Toyota wouldn't build a dedicated fuse panel for every different trim level. That's why there are empty fuse slots in the panel. You don't have every option.

Why take chances? Trade the truck in for a new one, let someone else worry about the missing fuse.

No you didn’t understand me. The point for the steering lock fuse missing was to figure out if OP’s 4R was 2022 or newer (which he later confirmed). Therefore, there should NOT be a 10A fuse for HP-LP LH (because only the 2021 and older with no LED from factory have that fuse). So the only possibility for the missing fuse must be s-horn.

did you see the the picture I posted about my fuse box? Have you looked at yours to see if you have a s-horn fuse or a hp-lp lh fuse?

Thank you both, at the moment, 10a is in HP-LP LH. I will remove tonight and re-test lighting.

Guess I could test the S-HORN by locking and opening the door thru the window (while the fob is off/out of range). Will report back tonight

You're right...I looked at the fuse box for my '23, and the OP's fuse needs to go back into the one listed for the 10A s-horn, highlighted by the yellow arrows...
