2021 Toyota 4Runner Trd off road

I have a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner Trd off road and my truck recently starting shuttering between 1-2 gear under light acceleration, when I switch to 4wd from 2wd it’s doesn’t shutter any suggestions on how to fix this, worried it could be something bad, current mileage is 46,000 miles thank you so much

Did you ever figure out your issue?
My 2015 (159k miles) is doing something similar & I was told that I needed a new transmission. My car shutters or shakes at exactly 30 & then 40 mph then stops, unless I switch to “S” mode. It doesn’t occur in when I’m driving in S mode.
