Bottomed out in the front on tmbtens. Tire scraped the wheel well pretty good. Granted I was doing about 50 mph on a dirt power line road which took a sudden, unexpected hard dip but I'd prefer that don't happen.

Any extended options or anyone put a spacer between the bump stop and the truck?

Sweet thanks! - saw those before starting this thread. Look less expensive than the Timbren. Wish maybe I did more research than I did ad saved some money and time.

What’s wrong with the OEM bump stops?

Bigger tires hit the wheel well so need taller bump stops.

If you're using ready lift spacers as i see in your profile you may have less of an issue with this than if you did a suspension lift. - unless I'm mistaken on my understanding of suspension.

I see, yes extended bumps may be necessary.

Regarding my Readylift, I had it removed a couple of weeks ago and put 265’s back on. It was a mistake on my part.

I should probably update my profile. Thanks for the reminder. ;)

Updated profile to remove Readylift and 285’s. :)

Sorry to hear about the Readylift. Hopefully the durobumps work well. Lot of people seem to have them and like them. Probably wont be in a position to test them for a while.

FYI… below is from durostop. idk what model you got but this is the only one that I found for our trim in the front:

The DBF212 will not limit your wheel-up travel.

Hello! I am having the same exact issue as you on my 5th gen 4runner and am currently looking for extended front bump stops. Did you go with the durobumps on your 4runner? Were you able to fix limiting the up travel? Thank you!

Ya know I never got around to swapping those out. Still in a box somewhere.

But I also haven't done 55-60 mph down a dirt road with a sudden significant dip to test it anyhow.
