    If so....

    How do you like them?

    How's the quality?

How is the fitment during installation?

Do you have the full set?

    Any regerts? ;)

I've searched the interwebs, but can't find any real user reviews...

Well...after tons of views, and zero responses, I took a chance and ordered the full set of Victory aluminum skids.

They are a really nice product. Fit, finish, and quality is top notch! These also make fantastic cat guards! They fully cover the cats. Install was pretty easy. Did it myself with just a floor jack. Did not have to enlarge any holes, and everything lined up as it should. I did have a pile of left over hardware, but that is better than missing bolts/nuts.

I know these are aluminum, and not made to stand up to constant rock bashing, but they will fit my needs of a daily driver and trail rig. The only time we have to deal with lots of rocks is the occasional trip west.

    Some close ups before install.

I didn't include any photos of them installed, since I don't have a lift.

I'm interested in the experiences you'll have with them. I have the Blitz front bumper in aluminum for the same reasons you chose aluminum.

Can't wait to see them installed. The best part is your rig won't weigh as much as a dump truck ;)

    They are already installed.

I didn't take any pictures of them installed...too hard to get good pictures without a lift. The Victory site has good pictures.

Very nice! Which pieces did you end up getting? I see a front skid, transmission and cat and transfer case?

Just watched the install video, the guy is removing crash bars and bracing in the front and back, can that be a problem losing some chassis rigidity or even some crash protection worthiness?

I got the complete set. As a side benefit, they completely cover both catalytic converters.

Tested them out a time or two on the rocks in Moab, and they held up just fine. My 4Runner is not a hard core rock crawler, but just a fairly capable trail rig. They are perfect for my intended use.

Held up to the winter snow and salt just like I'd hoped.

The two little "crash bars" that get removed are not very structural. The brackets are fairly light stamped steel. I'm sure there is more rigidity with the skid plate in place.
