just hit 100k on my '18 TRD ORP and don't want to take it to the dealer anymore.

Is there a way for me to update the Toyota app with my service interval info like they do or am I stuck using a spreadsheet?

    Gracias!

    Oooh look, another mod.....

Use a spreadsheet. Never rely on an app to track your service history. Once you create & start the spreadsheet, it will be very easy to keep up with.

You can put anything in the Toyota app you want. I put my Discount Tire rotations in there for a while. But, as Borracho Loco said above - I wouldn't rely on it. No telling where the data is stored or if it would time-out and vaporize after a while. Excel is great, but iCloud Notes (if you're on an iPhone) is also an easy place to keep stuff like that and it'll sync across all platforms that are logged into your Apple ID. Just an option.

You don't need a spreadsheet or logbook. I use B trip bank to track miles since the last oil change.

Two things to consider: warranty claim and getting good resale value. (I don't plan on selling, but I'll be ready if I have to).

The information that you enter into the app is stored in Toyota's database and is tied to that vin. You can access the same information on the Toyota owner's website under "Service History". You can also enter your information on the website.
