Phone holder

I’ve been throwing my phone on the passenger seat since I picked up the ORP, I want to see all your cool phone holder solutions before I choose. Let’s see them!

 

I still use my front cup holder since it isn't good for much else.

 

Yeah. I tried that one. No luck, the phone doesn’t fit, plus I’m told I don’t hydrate properly so I always have water in the cup holders and all four doors.

 

I ordered one from the Zon of Ama (the one that is supposed to fit over the emergency flasher), and it didn't fit, so it was returned. I was thinking about just getting a suction cup/windshield mount and then found this: . We don't off-road, but I liked the clean install and flexibility of mount points it gives you. I'm still waiting on it to arrive (should be next Monday) so I can't show you a pic.. yet.

 

I saw this as well. So far, it’s the leading contender.

I use a Quad Lock vent clip. You will have to purchase a phone specific case, but once you have everything set up, it is rock solid. Your phone will not move at all once "clicked" in. Another plus is that you can use other mount options (windshield suction mount, etc.) for numerous applications.

I use a KTJO holder. It clips in around the emergency flasher button without blocking the vents, and it rotates horizontal or vertical. The only downside is that it likes thinner cases.

I have an offroam holder (https://getoffroam.com/products/phone-mount-toyota-4-runner-2010-2024?_pos=2&_fid=dbc534216&_ss=c). No issues, it is super solid but that Taco multimount posted above looks interesting. I might have gone with that one instead had I known about it at the time - just for the extra mount options.

 

I also just got the offroam holder. I like it that you don't have to drill into any trim pieces or use any adhesives. The mount is rock solid, currently holds my Samsung Note 10 Plus. (a bit of an older phone, but has stood the test of time)
