I have a 97 4 Runner that needs a new fan bracket. This is the first time I'm changing it. What concerns me is the timing belt behind the fan bracket. The fan bracket has three holes for each bolt. I am not to sure by taking the old fan bracket out if its going to alter the timing belt in any way. Also, does anyone know what the torch spec are going to be for these bolts. I tried to look them up in the Chilton book but I could not find it. Also on the front of the fan bracket are four screws that are threat on both ends. Does anyone know the torch spec for this when the pulley is put back on. Thanks.
