I picked up a new to me 2013 4Runner with 119k miles. What do I need to do first? Tranny fluid change? Diff fluid?

    Congrats!

That’s a good start changing out the fluids and air filters… might want to include the transfer case and front diff fluids, flushing out the brake fluid and power steering fluids and new coolant with a new radiator cap.

Check to make sure all your exterior lights are working too.

Check the DOB on those tires, new windshield wipers

    That's beautiful!
Change Oil, oil filter and air filter.
Change Cabin filter,PVC and af sensor.
Coolant flush, all fluids including AT, differential and TC
    Check serpentine belt, spark plugs,etc.
Check for rust and hit it with fluid film.
Check tire and pad life and change as needed.
If you know something has been done recently, skip that.
Set a base line and that way you know exactly what condition the vehicle is in going forward.

Congrats! I’d do an alignment, all fluids, check brakes, and immediately undercoat it with one of the many good oil-based products out there.

Then enjoy another 119K headache free miles!

Nice looking Truck for Year Model.
I would check Toyota service department and Carfax for any maintenances records (If Reported).
    Before getting any service done.

Personally, would replace that Headlight assembly first. But that's me.
    Cheers

In 2021.. Saw similar on offer for 27k
