    ^Yeah posted this on TW two days ago. Interesting disassembly video of the fuse box under the dash at 17:20.

    It's suspected the owner put the resistors on the parking light circuit instead of the turn signal circuit, then put in a larger fuse (maybe 15A) when the original one blew.

    These fuseboxes fail "naturally" a lot more often on older US-branded vehicles (where they have fancy acronyms like TIPMs), mostly due to corrosion. On an older vehicle you'd go to your nearest pick & pull and salvage the fusebox. With Toyotas it's relatively rare.
