Fuel issue 86 4runner

    Hello, I need ideas.. I have an 86 4runner with 22re its original motor and its having fuel issues I think ... I have tried everything and I am no mechanic but I am trying here .... I have replaced the fuel pump and injectors spark plug, coil, and sensors I have rewired from fuel pump.... it's starting and than. It's like if I don't have my foot all the way pressed on throttle it just sputters out, won't idle with out me giving it fuel every few seconds... it needs to be revved constantly when first starting no matter the tempeture ... any ideas on this please and thank you

    None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
    Fuel filter?
    Fuel pressure regulator?
    Pulsation damper?
    COR Relay?

    Some of the fuel system parts don't seem to have any relevance, but they do. Worth a look.

    I have replaced all of those except the pulsation damper.. I can look at that next thank you
