Mud flap recomendation

Brought home a new 2024 4runner limited on Dec 29th. This is my third and it did not come with the mudflaps. I was told the oem flaps don't fit, been told that several times. The mud flaps that come out of gulf states toyota are a propriety item. Any recommendations for after market mud flaps?

This is what I did to add mudflaps to my 2011 Limited. Not a very straight forward modification. Parts were sourced from a couple of different year 4Runners.

 

My 2006 and 2016 4R Ltd came with flaps from gulf states toyota. This one I did not preference so I got what it had, no flaps.

I have a set on my sr5. Had a set on my outback. I like them. Easy install. Not sure what they look like on a limited but there is an option for the limited trim.

 

So the Limited trim doesn’t come from the factory with mud flaps?

 

To get MF they have to be preferenced from Gulf States Toyoya, the importer. I usually do that, but this vehicle was already on the lot. Some come with MF and some don't. This one didn't. There is not a part number to order for the limited 4R. Seems
Gulf States has a proprietary part. Don't know how that works if u wreck one.

 

I contacted rokblokz today, didn't list 2024. Haven't heard back yet.

Also Weathertech doesn't have cargo mat available yet. Just front and rear seats. They are probably waiting for verification.

 

Did something change between the 2023 Limited and 2024? My local Toyota dealer (not the dealer I bought the vehicle from) installed the Toyota Mudguards (

PT769-89110) and the Nightshade version of the Limited running boards (PT925-89190) about a week, or two, after I bought the vehicle. I didn't watch them being installed so I don't know if they had to do anything special to install them on a Limited - but I recall dropping the 4Runnner off before work and they called me to pick it up before lunch - so installation of the mudguards and running boards must have been pretty easy. The OEM mudguards look like they fit very well on my 2023 Limited. I've been driving the vehicle with the mudguards on for almost exactly a year - no problems with the Toyota mudguards.

Making factory mudflaps work would be nice. But I found them ugly and insufficient. I did a mudflap delete, then replaced with aftermarket Husky Liners Kickback Mud Flaps. Custom install though, as in you mark existing fastener locations with clay, transfer marks to the flaps, drill and bolt on.

I would drive the white one, but that is just me.

I have a '23 Limited, got these off Amazon. Rears went on without any issues, did have to drill the top hole on the fronts and use the supplied button-head screws. They're the perfect width for the 275/55s...

I had Toyota install mudguards on mine a week or two after i bought it because they were out of stock when i picked it up. They fit

 

the white one with mud flaps.
