That diagram won't be any help, that's for the bypass hoses. You need the one for the heater hoses, which of course I can't find. That hose is for the heater, the T junction runs coolant to the rear heater. Based on this diagram it looks like the hose in question is the return line for the heater. I replaced all of the coolant hoses with mine a while ago and the toyota parts website used to have all the diagrams but now all the images are missing which is making this a huge pain in the ass. I'll include my order list just for posterity.

    hello,

i know this is an older thread, but does anyone have a copy of a diagram that includes all of the cooling and heater hoses? i want to replace all cooling/heater hoses at one time, but i can't locate a diagram to order or confirm what to order.

    thanks

i did. watermelonman stated that the diagram shared won't be much help, because the hose that is leaking in the original post is the heater outlet to engine inlet hose, which connects to a metal T pipe. the metal T pipe is connected to the rear heater. that diagram is for the 1988-1991 3VZE.

i'm learning that my 1990 VZ120 4Runner with the 3VZE is different compared to the 1992-1995 4runner's. i'm hoping that someone will share some diagrams for the 1988-1991 3VZE cooling/heat hoses. like watermelonman stated, this is a huge pain in the ass. no fun.

toyota has discontinued many heater hoses and the metal T pipes, so that's probably why toyota no longer has diagrams with those parts.
