A friend of mine has a 2011 SR5 and it has several features that we see today on the TRD Pro (black trim, hood scoop, etc)- his has 220k miles and is still going strong. My question is, what SR5 model would have those features and what year was the TRD Pro introduced? Any info is appreciated, thanks all.

265-70-17 Ridge Grapplers, TRD Pro rims, 3M precut bra, N-Fab nerf/steps
    Pro started in 15-16.

SR5 won’t have fake hood scoop, bumper valance’s, off-road cruise control, OR rims, manual transfer case and rear locker.

If he didn't add any of the cosmetic stuff to his 11 then the previous owner did.

Would a 2011 Pre-Runner have any of those features? Or would it be a 2011 with a kit on it?

People add that stuff all of the time, its not hard or expensive. Basically somebody made your friends SR5 look like a PRO.

I have the Pro Bro upper grill on my 19 TRD. It's a common swap with owners.

If 2011 SR5 looks like TRD Pro that's serious work right? In 2011 it's closer to Limited body style correct? Love to see a pic of that 2011 SR5.

Hoods, grilles, badging, wheels, skid plates, etc. are swapped all the time. Anyone can make an SR5 look like a Pro. Anyone who knows what a Pro really consists of usually rolls their eyes when they spot a faux Praux.

I’d be interested in making a Off-Road look like a SR5 other than the manual shifter of course. It would be a sleeper?
