Working on the big Razor Crest since it was 30% off for black Friday sale. Still working on it

I already have the smaller one along with several other star wars Legos (Grogu was the last one built). I need to make a display cabinet.

My Lego days are largely behind me and I'm about to severely date myself here but man do I miss the heydey of Bionicle! I think I left the big Lego box at mom's.

I do, my son inherited my 90s collection, now I just buy him some.

Lego's are the most expensive item per sq foot outside of precious metals I personally believe. Also, at yard sales, legos are often how people get ripped off and sell off a fortune for pennies

Finally finished it today. My parents gave back my collection from 80-90s for my daughter to play with. Had to raid it for a missing piece near the beginning. They either gave me the wrong piece (I had a larger one leftover - only tiny pieces are usually sent as extras) or I made a pretty big mistake one night. Luckily the replacement piece I found was only slightly discolored from being 30+ years old.

Can't believe I'm the biggest nerd/kid on the forum. Thought this may have been more popular :anonymous:

I have each of their cars -- except the technic, which I hate.

I used to love Lego's, back when they didn't cost an arm and leg.

Realized I never took a pic of the finished product - pulled it out for a quick one just now (giggity). I will pull all the star wars sets out tomorrow or sometime this week and take a group pic

No anchor points - that's why I need to build some kind of display case. This one has two specific points you are supposed to pick it up from underneath in the front/back

Cool. That's a lot of pieces. My daughter and I built the space shuttle that has around 1200 or so pieces and I thought that was a lot of work.
