Proud to be a new member. I've loved 4Runners since the first time I went creekin' in one in 1991. (It was an 88 model in white with those sweet graphics)

I just purchased my 1st one today. It's an 06 Sport 4wd v6 with 190K mi on the clock. It literally sounds like a sewing machine when it's idling.

It definitely needs rear wheel bearings, front upper and lowers, coil overs and rear shocks. I'm servicing all the fluids as well. There is an extensive documented service history but it's all oil changes and brakes and tires. While that defintely boosts my confidence on oil change intervals, it leaves me no clue on trans, diffs, transfer case, spark plugs, air filters, etc, etc., so I'll be servicing those as well.

**No frame or body rust whatsoever!** which is surprising considering it's a MO vehicle and we have def seen our fair share of salt since 06. I'm gonna spray the underbelly down with Fluid Film moving forward.

It does have the VSC and check engine light on. Looks like trying a new cap and inspecting the seals around the canister is a good start. I also have no clue on water pump or egr valves or whatever else needs servicing so I'll probably replace one item every payday for a while. The interior is about a 6.7 out of 10. I'm gonna steam clean the seats and carpet. Needs floor mats, and a rear driver side headrest. I think I got a solid deal but would be curious to see what you might be willing to pay for something similar.

Let me know what I'm forgetting!!

Excited to be a part of the fam. Will get some pics up asap.
