How many bolts holding fat lip on '99 Ltd?

    1999 Limited V6 Auto 4WD
    Need to replace the busted bumper on my '99 Limited. Everything is rusty so I want to soak them in PB Blaster (or something better?) a few times before putting the wrench on them. I've only identified 4 bolts holding the fat lip bumper to the reinforcement bar. Are these the only bolts holding the bumper on? TY
