2018 TRD Off-road

passenger side 2nd row seat bottom latch won’t release so can’t lay seat flat. Removed bottom front pivot points. Prop’d up seat to get working room. Removed plastic cover to expose latch mechanism. Is hard to access but can’t get latch to release. Removed cover on latch on drivers side seat that works to see how it works. Removed cover directly behind seats so you can see the strike the latch hooks to. Any ideas? Might cut off strike but would rather not.
