Have you removed the wheel to look at the hub?

If you go to remove the wheel, and have that corner up on a jack stand, before removing it grab the tire at 9:00 and 3:00 and try to move it in and out. Do the same at 12:00 and 6:00. If there's excessive movement, you may need the wheel bearing replaced. It doesn't seem likely on a 2021, but who knows...?

CV could be throwing grease. You can pop that cover off.

I will do that this weekend and take a look. This 4runner has been a big headache for me unfortunately. Thanks for the reply.

Someone may have slopped some grease on the hub to prevent the wheel from sticking to it. Common problem in certain areas.

Nailed it. I do this with all my aluminum rims as well as the front hub dust caps like shown. A little water proof grease on the hub portion of the brake rotor where the wheel mounts makes a huge difference in wheel removal later in life. It's a salt belt thing. Under the dust cap there is no grease just the outer CV axle nut. It's not leaking.

Well that's a relief. Thank you. I had worried when I started to get some vibration under acceleratelion and started poking around. This was the wheel I thought the vibrating was coming from and the only one with grease so I worried. Thanks again

To back up your theory, looking closely at the picture it looks exactly like it’s sprayed woolwax lol. The wheel itself looks dry.
