I just had bilstein 5100s installed on my 2015 SR5, and had 285/70/r17 nitto ridge grapps put on. After taking it to get aligned, they told me they did caster and camber but couldn't align toe as my tie rods were seized. While driving it home and to the store I could hear a rattle/popping noise coming from the front after every bump. I have two ideas of what this could be, either the tie rods, but they weren't making the noise before the lift/alignment, or possibly the struts that were installed. Anyone have any ideas or knowledge on this?

No noise before the coil/struts were installed? If not, I’d ask the alignment guys what they torqued the lower control arms to. Sounds like they might be loose.

Depending on how long you drove between the lift install and the alignment, it’s also possible the lower shock bolt is not tight to spec, or the three top hat nuts, the top shock nut or anything else related to the shock install.

Split boot? Maybe yes maybe no. Point it out to the mechanic when you take it in. If the ball joint is toasted you should have felt it in the steering.

Looks like to me in the pic, that the tie rod end is contacting the brake backing plate
