3” lift on front end 2.5” in rear toyotech suspension lift, 285/70/17 General Grabber AT3. Camburg Racing UCA, Wilco Offroad trailer hitch with spare mount, cali raised offroad Pods(Amber), TEQ Customs Headlights dual high and low beam with hex halo’s and Custom Toyota grill with Raptor lights.
What are some good lift kits for a 07 4runner RWD, looking for adjustable coilovers. Also ive herd that anything over a 3” lift on a runner would be basically better off doing a mid-long travel. Is this true or someone being a fibber?

Once you get over 2.5" of lift you start affecting the geometry of the control arms. Most people go with an aftermarket UCA at that point. These arms are designed to put the right geometry back into the suspension. Total Chaos makes some of the best.
As far as lifts go, the Eibach is a good brand of lift kit with an adjustable CO. There are plenty of others at all price ranges. More research maybe needed to better suit your needs.

I ran the TC mid travel with a secondary smoothy for awhile. Had a blast with that setup. You can't go wrong with they're Control Arms.

As someone who's ran Kings, Fox, Radflo, Bilsteins, Locked Offroad, and Carbon Shocks, my two favorite have been the Fox and Radflo's. Fox are higher performing than the Kings, Radflo are really good and more affordable. If you order Fox, order them from accutune and get them tuned for your build. If you order from Radflo, they will also tune the shocks to your build.

As far as lift height, you want to stay around 3" typically to stay within alignment specs (With aftermarket UCA's). Since your 2wd, you can run a spindle lift as well and stay within alignment spec. A mid travel build is typically just a slightly longer coilover with aftermarket UCA's, Long travel is longer upper and lower control arms that provide more travel. You can get a ton of performance out of a mid travel build but a LT build is obviously better..

Okay so on that note, if im trying to stay in alignment spec whats a good radflo size to get for a piggy back? The 12” the 14” or the 16”?
Im trying to stick to having a 3-3.5” lift so tryna get my research. Ive looked at the dobson overland rear springs for my spare tire carrier to keep it level
