4runner has problem starting

2004 4runner limited

When I go to start the truck a lot of the time it won't start.when I jiggle the wires on the fuse box under the hood it starts most of the time.anyone have any ideas thanks.and today it won't start at all

Sounds like a loose connection somewhere in that fuse box area or from there to maybe your ignition switch. I would start by just verifying all the connections are solid.
