Very noticeable whine/noise from blower motor at low speeds. Vehicle has less than 3000 miles.
Blower motor and filter are clear of any debris. Listen with
    headphones!

sounds like mine. Most likely the bearing on the blower motor. Since mine was still "working" but noisy I greased the rod with a little PB blaster until it comes back. You're under warranty so they should replace it no problem. its an easy fix but one of those annoying things that happens more often than I realized.

The PB blaster fixed your noise- if so for how long. I have read this is common for blower motor, but I want my Yoda to be perfect. My 14' corolla is quiet so I would expect the 4Runner to be as well.

I agree... mine wasn't near as bad as your video... but any creak or noise in the cabin drives me nuts. If the noise comes back relatively soon then I'll just replace it. However, I don't have a lot of confidence going back with the OEM one since its a common issue and yours is failing on a 2023 model and therefore it should be replaced under warranty - again that shouldn't be an issue at all.

My 2021’s started making a soft but quite annoying white-noise-y buzz that matches the fan speed in pitch. I’m planning to warranty it.

Take it to your dealer. Your warranty will cover fixing it.

Update: I took it in, the tech believed it normal blower motor noise (so they thought warranty was unlikely) but they replaced the blower motor and cabin air filter for the cost of the latter solely. (that was their deal since my cabin filter had a tear on the edge)

We didn’t sit in another 4Runner on the lot to compare like they originally suggested but the new motor is still making the same noise. Whether it’s any better is probably placebo effect.

Darn! Guess for now I’ll have to drown it out.

I’m disappointed since it could very well be “normal” for the model but I haven’t experienced it in any other vehicle I’ve driven, including Toyota’s.

My 2020 makes the same noise and it drives me insane. It's a CPO, so I plan on taking it in before that warranty is up.

My 2019 makes the same noise, asked the dealer and they said it was the cabin air filter I had installed....yea.

The other 4Runners I have been in make the same noise, my Tacoma is quiet though. I don't even notice the 4Runner noise anymore.
