always fail to add self service record

in both toyota owner website or ios app

 

I wouldn’t bother putting my service records on toyota’s sight personally. And I wouldn’t rely on it as any sort of permanent record, considering they could discontinue that part of their website.

Try it again tomorrow or the next, and try it another browser. If it still doesnt work, maybe it’s a sign toyota doesnt maintain that part of their website very well.

 

I use pin and paper plus receipts.

 

Really dealership service records count the most. Pencil and small notebook in glove box. You can write it down faster than entry into something. Put in envelope with receipts for materials or service.

 

I log my DIY service in both the booklet and the web tool. Presumably the dealerships can pull up the online record if I point it out to them when they pester me to bring it in for service.
