I really wanted the sliding cargo deck, but the deal was just right on my recent purchase of my new 2023 TRD ORP and it doesn’t have it. Obviously it’s wasn’t a deal breaker for me but I still think I would like to have one. Have any of you done an install or something similar to your 4R?

Same here, also does anyone who has installed it have the part #s for the sliding tray and hardware?

There are threads on here documenting it, and they have the numbers as well I believe, but you will most likely want to hold out and try to source used (you have to be quick because they typically sell really quick from what I've seen) as you will be paying a ton to try and source the parts new.
